YOGA AND MINDFULNESS FOR PREGNANCY AND BIRTH

Course cancellation by the student

£350 of your full payment or your first instalment will be the deposit required to confirm your course place and is non-refundable.

If you cancel prior to 8 weeks before the start of the course, we will refund the full course price minus the non-refundable deposit (£350) and 10% admin fee of your total payment till the date.

If you cancel your place less than 8 weeks before the first day of the course, Battersea Yoga is unable to offer you a refund. Battersea Yoga will endeavour to offer the course place to another student, to the extent that this is possible Battersea Yoga will seek to refund a part or all the remaining balance minus the £350 non-refundable deposit and 10% admin fee of your total payment till the date.

If you need to leave the course for any reason once the course has started, we are unable to offer you a refund or defer your course place.

In the difficult circumstances of you sustaining a serious injury, Battersea Yoga will support you and work out the best way for you to continue the course. You may still attend sessions and either adjust poses or just observe the classes. If you are unable to continue the training after consultation with a fully qualified medical practitioner we will defer the remaining modules to another course intake but cannot offer a full or partial refund.

Course cancellation by Battersea Yoga

Battersea Yoga reserves the right to cancel the course at any time. If the course is cancelled prior to the course starting, Battersea Yoga will seek to reschedule it in the future. If students cannot attend the course on the rescheduled future dates then a 100% refund will be offered. If the course is cancelled halfway through the course, Battersea Yoga will rearrange the remaining sessions of the course. If students are not able to attend the rescheduled sessions, we will refund the remaining of the course on a pro-rata basis.

Battersea yoga will not be responsible for any accommodation or transport fees incurred by the student to attend the course.

Course Changes

Battersea Yoga reserves the right, at its discretion, to change or modify the course schedule and any members of faculty of teachers without prior notice

Photography & Video

Battersea Yoga reserves the right to photograph and film during the course and to use these images and footage for our website and marketing purposes. By signing up for the course students agree to be photographed and filmed.

I dilated from 4-7cm in an hour which is apparently very quick for a first time mum, and used just tens, the pool and gas / air. So far from the elective c-section we assumed we’d have at the start of the pregnancy.
