Monday 8 pm – 9pm Movement & Meditation ONLINE ZOOM
Tuesday 8 pm – 9.15pm Evening Hatha Yoga, Battersea Yoga Online
Wednesday 10 am-11am Dynamic Hatha Yoga ONLINE ZOOM
Wednesday 6.30pm-7.45pm Pregnancy Yoga Chakra Course ONLINE ZOOM
Thursday 12.30pm – 1.45pm Gentle Mindful Flow Battersea Yoga Online
Classes and courses can be pre-booked and paid for online (see payment options below) or attended on a drop-in basis. Pregnancy Yoga Students are encouraged to book and attend either the full or partial course. Please email Nadia@nadiaraafat.com if you can only attend a portion of the course.
Batteresa Yoga classes must be booked and paid for through BatterseaYoga.com
All live and online classes can be joined mid-term if there is space available. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for access mid-course.
