Join this LIVE and lively online weekly class every Wednesday morning. Each session integrates dynamic yoga and somatic exercises to awaken, develop awareness, build integration and prioritise strength, mobility and suppleness. The focus is always on process over destination.
As a teacher of Dynamic Hatha, I am interested in the flow state, deepening self-awareness of the energetics of the body and discovering the interconnectedness of experience.
Each session this term will focus on an aspect of practice and explore a particular style of movement including:
Yoga for Optimal Spinal health
Core and Pelvic Floor
Exploring Full Body Rotations
Yoga for a Healthy Psoas
Yoga Flow for Juicy Joints
Yoga for Supple Shoulders and a Healthy Upper Back
Core in Transition
Yoga and Somatic Movement Practice for Lower Back Stability and Support
These classes are designed to challenge you but not to overwhelm you. They are suitable for advanced beginners, intermediates and beyond. Postnatals post 9 months practice are warmly welcome in these classes
This class is offering a complementary dynamic practice to the slower evening session on Mondays.
