Join this LIVE and lively online weekly class every Wednesday morning. Each session integrates dynamic yoga, up-regulating breathwork and somatic exercises to awaken, develop awareness, build integration and prioritise strength, mobility and suppleness. The focus is always on process over destination.
In these morning classes we are exploring the flow state, creative variation, the energetics of the body and discovering the interconnectedness of experience.We are always deepening our embodied self-awareness – and we are feeling strong and energised.
As we move into the spring and summer season we will focus on exploring an elemental approach to strength and stability; opening up our bodies to optimise energy flow and fluidity from a grounded stable rooted centre.
Every class features pranayama, asana, dynamic flow and floor-based practice followed by a guided relaxation.
These classes are designed to challenge you but not to overwhelm you. They are suitable for advanced beginners, intermediates and beyond. Postnatals post 9 months practice are warmly welcome in these classes
This class is offering a complementary dynamic practice to the slower evening session on Mondays.
