DESCRIPTION:10 Pregnancy Yoga Essentials For an Easier Labour\nSaturday 16 May\, 11AM (GMT)\n \nJOIN THIS FREE ONLINE PREGNANCY YOGA WORKSHOP\nThis 90-minute online pregnancy workshop will introduce you to key breath and movement practices for Pregnancy which will prepare your body now for an easier labour. From yoni mudra and the ocean breath to the squatting series and the Birthlight funny walks\, learn which movements and asanas to practice and why? \nThis special online pregnancy event is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Modifications will be suggested for different trimesters and for those with pregnancy complications like groin pain and placenta previa. \n15 minutes will be allocated at the end of the workshop to answer any questions you may have about the practices shared. \nThis will be the first in a series of two free online workshops Nadia is offering to the online pregnancy community. \nThe LIVE session will be FREE of Charge. The recorded version will be available for sale afterward via Nadia’s website. \nNadia has been teaching Yoga and especially Perinatal Yoga for 15 years. She is also a practicing Birth Doula and has attended over 50 births and supported every type of birth experience.
