DESCRIPTION:The Hormones of Labour – the template for a physiological Birth.\n\n\nWe use the hormonal template as a way to understand both the experience of the woman and the action that is driven by the hormones. It offers a fascinating insight into Labour and leads to a deep understanding about how the hormonal template plus feeling and emotions plus environment affect how you experience Labour and how it unfolds. I strongly recommend this class for partners as they get a really good understanding of how to support you. We also look at optimising the home environment\, the transition environment and the hospital environment to support the process.\n\nDrop in £30 per couple.
