SUMMARY:The Letting Go Ritual
DESCRIPTION:End of Year Spiritual Housekeeping\nLetting Go with Love & Compassion\nThis is part one of a two part stand-alone workshop series built around my two favourite winter rituals of Letting Go\, at the end of the year\, and Calling In; at the beginning of the new year.\nWhat is letting go? The yoga sutras have a lot to say about letting go; Aparigraha is one of the 5 Yamas from Patanjalis 8 limbs of yoga. Letting Go is also one of the Attitudes of Mindfulness. Letting go is a practice that is essential if we are to free ourselves of the past and open to what is here\, now\, and what is waiting to come in. But how easy is it to let go? What does it feel like in our bodies? And what is the difference between letting go and letting be? Somatically\, psychospiritually? Practically? \nThe stage for this enquiry is the body where our truth and our experience unfolds; where we carry the burden of old conditioning like a heavy old coat that weighs us down and holds us back. Through focused mental work\, we will look at he conscious patterns and mental habits we carry\, how they are reflected in the body\, and why it might be time to bring the light of loving conscious awareness to them so that we may accept who we are and also be free to co-create who we wish to become. \nIn this workshop we will explore what it is that we cling to and why? What it is that we struggle to let go of? We will look at old habits\, perceptions and ideas about who we are and who we think we should be. We will explore our relationship with those parts of ourselves and those aspects of our lives that we would like to let go of and explore healthy ways to approach letting go and letting be. \nThough this spiritual house-keeping work can be done at anytime\, this is a beautiful practice and ritual to mark the end of the year. \nThrough somatic movement and yogic practices\, through mediation and self-enquiry we will explore what it means to let go and what it means to let be. The workshop will culminate with a fire ritual to cement the inner work we have done with an external ritual – a candle and a bin will suffice if no fire available. \n  \nCost: Full Price: £60 \nDiscounted (Low Income): £40 (Please use discount code) L20 at check-out \nRecordings available \nClick Here to Book The Letting Go Workshop & Ritual

Through its various stages\, yoga nidra for pregnancy offers a pathway for deep mental relaxation and intimate bodily self-awareness\, with all the benefits which accompany that\, including enhanced mother-baby connection\, bodily trust and enhanced birth visioning capacity. SUMMARY:Obstacles to Emergence in Childbirth: And How to Overcome Them
DESCRIPTION:For The Pregnant Community and Birth Professionals Interested in the Preparation and Support of the Emergence Phase of Childbirth\nWhat do you do if you suspect you have a hypertonic pelvic floor? Given that so many women today exercise intensely\, this is a common scenario even within the yoga community – how might it affect childbirth? \nOr what about those women who have had an epidural during labour and are unsure how to push or what positions are available to them? \nThen there are the birth attendances who feel the pressure of the ticking clock on the mother to produce a baby. What might you to do to hold the space of the emergence phase of childbirth when it is slow and steady? \nToo many labours are interrupted during the second stage. Either instruments are brought in\, synthetic oxytocin is sometimes used to augment and push the labour forwards\, pressure is put on the mother to get the baby out within a limited time frame usually using a more aggressive breathing technique. \nAll these come with the increased threat of tearing\, episiotomy and or haemorrhaging. Then there are the second stage C-sections – often deeply upsetting for the mother who has got herself so close and yet must now deal with the consequences of the uterine scar. \nThe reasons for intervention at this stage are varied and each is worth exploring as\, with knowledge\, many of these potential situations can be averted or the impact lessened. As with so much in birthing\, knowledge is central to empowerment. \nIn this three-hour deep dive into the Emergence phase we will explore many of the common obstacles to the Emergence phase from mid-labour VEs to a hypertonic pelvic floor and from birthing positions and biomechanical remedies to advocacy for slow labours. We will also look closely at context and how to navigate yourself/your clients  with autonomy and dignity through this phase of the labour. \nCalling on pregnancy yoga practice\, biomechanics for birth\, nada yoga\, practical birthing knowledge and birthing inner wisdom alongside advocacy knowledge as well as birth from the energetic perspective\, we will unpack the emergence phase and navigate some of its common obstacles together so that you feel informed\, empowered and better able to prepare to birth your baby with trust and in power. Or better support your clients on their own birth journeys. \nThis workshop is suitable for the pregnant community\, and birth professionals including \, doulas midwives and birth support people. \nWorkshop Cost: £45 \nBook Your Place Here\n \nAbout Your Teacher\nNadia is a YAP Senior Registered Yoga Teacher. SUMMARY:Christmas Yin & Yoga Nidra Wind-Down
DESCRIPTION:Ease Gently Into the Christmas Season\nTwo Hours of Yin Yoga followed by Yoga Nidra\nMonday 5 December  2022 7-9pm\nCost £25\nJoin me for a nourishing yin yoga journey through the body\, interspersed with small pockets of somatic movement to access and enliven restricted areas. Our goal is to nourish the joints\, lengthen connective tissues\, relieve stiffness\, and bring quiet energy and awareness throughout the mind/body system.\n75 minuets of Yin Yoga will be a followed by a Yoga Nidra journey through the chakras to cultivate a deeper cerebral connection with each chakra alongside deep mental release. \nYin Yoga is a soothing\, healing yoga practice\, characterised by floor-based and supported postures which nourish the joints\, stretch and release the soft tissues of the body and heighten your embodied awareness. Yin Yoga leaves you feeling profoundly down-regulated and gently revitalized. Yin Yoga brings many benefits to the body including: \n\nLengthening connective tissue\nIncreasing flexibility\nBoosting circulation\nReducing stress levels\nIncreasing Interoception\n\nFrom s mental and emotional perspective\, the practice down-regulates the nervous system\, and therefore becomes deeply healing and nourishing. Through the static long holds\, practitioners are guided to experience themselves mindfully; practising awareness of the breath; awareness of the fluctuating nature of their mind and of the distractions arising in the body. In this way it is an ideal preparation for meditation. \nYoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) is an ancient meditation technique designed to bring the mind to its deepest state of relaxation through a series of guided practices. Within this state know as psychic sleep\, we start to experience the ‘deeper’ features of the mind and also of yogic teachings. It is a beautiful healing practice that enables you to experience a rare expansiveness alongside deep rest. \nBook your place here. \nhttps://momence.com/s/76156437 \n \n

SUMMARY:FREE PREGNANCY WORKSHOP FOR YOGA TEACHERS
DESCRIPTION:“Between the stimulus and the response is a space and in that space lies your power and your freedom.” \nVictor Frankel \nLEARN HOW TO OFFER YOGA &MINDFULNESS TO THE PREGNANCY COMMUNITY\nSunday 19 September: 9am-11am\nThis Workshop is a taster workshop for my Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher Training programme which I am running in October both online and in-person at BatterseaYoga Studio in London. \nLIVE STREAM \nTo Book Your Place: Register in advance for this meeting here:\nhttps://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZ0sdOuopjIjH9Kq7EMhIcT0uEvPVg246PnL \nAfter registering\, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. \nWorking with the pregnant community is deeply rewarding work. The privilege of accompanying and supporting women and pregnant people as they undertake this profound transformation and challenging journey enables you to discover just how powerful and meaningful yoga can be. \nWomen who practice yoga during pregnancy have longer pregnancies\, shorter births\, suffer less from anxiety and recover faster.  Alongside these benefits\, pregnancy yoga has brought community to pregnancy through the sacred circle – be it online or in-person -providing support\, grounding and nourishment at such a vulnerable time.  \nBut there’s one area that Pregnancy Yoga has not really addressed  – and that is the mental and emotional life of pregnancy.  With as many as 1-5  experiencing mental health issues during the perinatal period\, supporting mental and emotional health has become a priority – especially since the pandemic. \nThis is what led me – after four pregnancies of my own and supporting many hundred of women as a birth doula and perinatal yoga teacher – to explore Mindfulness as an additional source of learning and support for pregnancy – alongside Yoga. Having run Mindful Motherhood circles for years and taught mindfulness and meditation courses\, alongside pregnancy yoga and birth preparation\, I felt that Mindfulness was the missing link. \nEveryone struggles with the ‘activity’ of the mind. – but it is heightened during the perinatal year: thoughts of fear and anxiety about the pregnancy and birth journey are normal but deeply distressing; for most\, the childbirth event is a time of intense physical and psychological discomfort; and\, after the birth\, all mothers struggle with sleep deprivation\, breast-feeding challenges and adjustment to the radical change in lifestyle and identity that postnatal life brings.  \nGiven that we spend\, consciously and unconsciously\, most of our daily lives in our heads\, learning to work with thoughts and their accompanying feelings\, learning to unpack our beliefs and witness the effect of our conditioning upon our experience; understanding the architecture of the mind and its neuroplasticity is deeply empowering work. Learning to cultivate compassion and loving kindness off the mat\, as well as on\, towards ourselves\, our babies\, our partners and our carers  is what is needed in a birth culture where compassion has been compromised by control and suffering is rife. \nYoga & Mindfulness as a combined approach offers women a much deeper pregnancy and birth experience which addresses the emotional and psychological aspects of the transition as well as the physiological changes. \nWhether you are a yoga teacher considering expanding your business to work with the pregnancy community\, or whether you are already a pregnancy teacher but are interested in undertaking the Mindfulness journey so that you can offer this dual approach to your students\, this FREE workshop is for you. During this workshop I will combines group and individual activities with experiential yoga and mindfulness practice\, reflection\, and enquiry as we explore the mental and emotional journey of pregnancy and how Yoga with Mindfulness can support it. \nIf you would like to experience a taste of this new approach to Pregnancy Yoga Teaching then please join me for this FREE taster workshop. \nRegister in advance for this meeting: \nhttps://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZ0sdOuopjIjH9Kq7EMhIcT0uEvPVg246PnL \n Find Out More about the October Livestream and In -Person Teacher Training Programme \nYoga & Mindfulness for Pregnancy & Birth Teacher Training\n  \n

SUMMARY:How to Birth like a Goddess - the Journey + Q&A
DESCRIPTION:  \nChildbirth is an incredible physiological process. When undisturbed by intervention\, it arises steadily and gradually moves through the entire body/mind system leading to a complete transformation as the body opens to release the baby\, the breasts produce food to feed the baby and the woman is hormonally transformed into mother— the archetype. This is the journey of the goddess; it is hormonally driven and it is available to every woman. \nThe Birth Goddess is present in each of us. When we put aside our fears\, our own need to control the situation and open to this incredible transition\, we will experience her; but first we need to learn how to ready the way. SUMMARY:Yoga for Labour - A Teachers Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Offering practices and movements that are biodynamic and effective during labour is the ultimate aim for teachers of Pregnancy Yoga. It’s the end point of the pregnancy yoga journey\, where the mother now draws on everything she has learned to support her through the childbirth adventure. Yoga for Labour offers a blueprint for embodied and empowered birthing. \nThanks to the work of Spinning Babies and Optimal Birthing with Molly O’Brian\, birth professionals now have a greater understanding of the biomechanics of labour and the role body positioning\, myofascial release and touch have to play in supporting a labouring woman. \nThis interesting new area of exploration offers a body of knowledge that can empower women to use their bodies more effectively during labour to aid their babies descent and to encourage their bodies to facilitate an easier birth for baby and mother. This essential knowledge can prevent induction\, caesarean sections and instrumental deliveries. It requires no equipment\, it is easy to learn and has transformed many a birth outcome. \nAs pregnancy yoga teachers we work with bodies; our women are ideally placed to receive this knowledge during pregnancy yoga classes and labour yoga workshops and be empowered and embodied during labour. Yoga is more than just bodywork. Its a complete mind-body practice that takes a holistic approach to the body and to birth. Alongside biomechanical knowledge and bodywork we use breath\, sound\, mantra and visualisation to increase the potential for the bodywork to be effective. \nDuring this four hour workshop\, we will explore birth anatomy\, optimal foetal positioning and look at a range of biomechanical remedial positions and dance-based sequences for labour with breath and sound incorporated. \nBy the end of the workshop you will have a range of concrete ‘ Labour Yoga’ practices to teach your women for use in late pregnancy and during the labour itself. \nYou will need a ball and a chair as props. \nRecording available. \nBattersea - Becoming Mother + Hatha Yoga + Mindfulness + Birth EducationBiomechanics and Birthdancing for Pregnancy Yoga Teachers \n \n \n \n \n Email Address \n \n\n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n Choose an amount \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n £60.00 \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n card \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n Credit Card \n \n\n \n\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n\n Pay £60.00\n \nAbout Nadia \nNadia is a YAP Senior Registered Yoga teacher with over 15 years of supporting women through pregnancy\, birth and the postnatal period. SUMMARY:Yin Yoga: A Journey Through the Chakras Workshop
DESCRIPTION:  \n28111315 – the seven main chakras and their meanings\, which match perfectly onto the junctions of the flower-of-life-symbol – black background \nThis April join me online for  a 2 hour deep dive into the Chakras as we journey through the seven energetic intersections of the body and explore our spiritual anatomy. \nThe chakras are believed to be spinning vortices of energy located at key points of the subtle body which govern not only the operation and function of the physical body and its systems but also the behaviors\, drives\, and emotions that are associated with each chakra. The ancient yogis believed that the balance of these centres holds the key to our vibrant health and well-being and to our spiritual awakening. Understanding each chakra and how it relates to the physical body enables a much deeper connection to the experience and practice of Yoga \nFrom grounding Muladhara\, our primal chakra\, which\, among other things\, governs our sense of personal safety and security\, to the esoteric seventh chakra\, the bridge between our physical self and the infinite mystery above us\,  each of these seven energy centres offers a fascinating insight into the deeper and more subtle aspects of our being; from our relationship to sex and money to the way in which we represent ourselves in the world. \n \nWhether you are working at the level of form and the body or can experience these centres more energetically or symbolically\, this practice will unlock a new depth to your yoga practice. The two hour session will include a 30 minute chakras sound meditation at the end. \nPlease bring a journal to write down seven key questions to reflect on after the workshop is controlled. \nFor those who are new to the practice of Yin Yoga\, it is a quiet cooling practice that uses predominantly seated and floor-based postures\, which are held for minutes rather than just a few breaths. The long holds\, with an emphasis on surrender and yielding of the body to mould itself with the pose\, facilitate a deep release through the fascia\, interconnective tissues and muscles and ligaments of the body. The time spent in the postures nourishes the joints\, massages any relevant organs and stimulates the meridians (energy pathways) associated with each posture.  The cumulative effect of this slow and strong practice is a deep and delicious release right through the body and at all levels of the body. \nYin Yoga is for everyone irrespective of age. No experience is required.  Yin classes are open to new students and also to those not attending a regular practice with Nadia. If you are pregnant\, postnatal (up to 1 year)\, or have any health issues please do get in touch with Nadia prior to booking to check this is suitable for you. \nPlease do bring warm clothes including socks to the session as your body temperature will lower through the course of the practice and it is important to stay warm. \nI look forward to sharing this wonderful practice with you. \nThis Workshop is being hosted by Battersea Yoga Studio. \nBook Your Place Here: \nhttps://www.batterseayoga.com/battersea-events/yin-chakra-yoga-workshop-nadia-raafat

SUMMARY:FREE ONLINE PREGNANCY YOGA CHAKRAS WORKSHOP
DESCRIPTION:UNLOCK THE WISDOM OF THE CHAKRAS AND BRING A NEW DEPTH AND INTERCONNECTION TO YOUR PREGNANCY AND BIRTH EXPERIENCE. \nThis Free 90 minute workshop with Nadia Raafat will take you on a journey through the chakras and their profound significance to Pregnancy and Birth. \n \nWhat Are the Chakras? \nYoga tradition along with most eastern medicine\, well-being and philosophic traditions recognise the presence of an energy body.  The Chakras have been identified as seven major energy centres located at key points in the body. These chakras are intersections where physical emotional\, mental\, and spiritual energy comes together. Each of these seven energy centres is closely associated with key nerve centres\,  key glands\, and emotional and spiritual states. \nDiscovering the seven chakras and how they interface with your body and mind is profoundly empowering information at the best of times and can bring healing and evolution to all aspects of your being. Bringing theses vibrational vortices to radinat health is the energetic goal of Yoga practice for optimum physical\, emotional and spiritual well-being. \nThe Chakras During Pregnancy\nDuring the transformation of pregnancy\, the energy body\, along with the physical\, mental and emotional bodies\, also undergoes a significant transformation. As hormones flair\, the physical body morphs\, life upheaves and the illusion of control disolves\, connecting with the Chakras enables you to understand\, experience and accept this transformation at the deepest layers of your being. \nThis FREE 90-minute workshop will take you on a journey through the seven chakras\, explaining their location\, role and function during pregnancy and birth. You will earn to recognise whether you are producing excess energy or lacking in energy at each of these centres . You will also practice mantra\, visualisation\, postures\, movement and meditation to bring each of them towards balance. \nI have found during my 15 years of teaching that identifying and working with the chakras facilitates a really deep connection to aspects of the body\, otherwise unseen\, and enables a new way of perceiving the body as a bio-dynamic integrated whole with many diverse inter-relating centres of intelligence. The implications for pregnancy\, birth and maternal/baby connection are profound. \nThis LIVE session will be FREE. The recorded version will be available for sale at a later date via Nadia’s website. \n \n  \nAbout Nadia\nNadia has been teaching Yoga and especially Perinatal Yoga for 16 years. SUMMARY:JOURNEY THROUGH THE CHAKRAS YIN YOGA WORKSHOP
DESCRIPTION:  \n \nIn this 90-minute yin yoga workshop\, Nadia will offer an introduction to one of yoga’s deeper and more powerful\, spiritual systems in the chakras\, blended with the powerful somatic and internally-focused practice of yin yoga. \nThrough the stimulation of our physical bodies at each of the seven key energy centres\, or Chakras\, we will access our interior world and develop awareness and understanding of the way our energetic\, physical\, emotional\, mental and spiritual bodies interplay with each other\, within relationship with others\, and with the environment. \nIf you are new to the chakras then expect to wake up to a deeper understanding of your subtle body; the interplay between the aspects of your whole self\, and what you can do to refine your living experience and bring about greater flow and harmony in your Life. \nYin Yoga \nA Yin Yoga practice uses predominantly seated and floor-based postures\, which are held for minutes rather than just a few breaths. \nYin Yoga’s greatest offering though perhaps is its profoundly mindful aspect. In the stillness of the pose\, the practitioner attunes herself to her experience paying close attention to all the sensations\, emotions/feelings and thoughts as they arise within her and investigating as a witness the arising experience but not participating in any of it. In this way\, Yin Yoga offers excellent training for meditation \nCombining this inner investigative practice of Yin along the path of the Chakras from the lowest primal center to the highest spiritual center is a powerful mind/body experience that may produce some revelations and profound connections along the way. \n \nYour Teacher \nNadia is a YAP senior registered yoga teacher with over 16 years of teaching experience. She originally trained with Sivananda Vedanta School of Yoga\, went on to complete a Yoga Nidra Teacher Training with Satyananda School of Yoga and a further teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga\, Originally trained as a rhythmic gymnast and a passionate five rhythms dancer\, Nadia’s yoga teaching style is influenced by many different approaches and teachers including the somatic awareness and experimentation of Susane Lauhusen\, the bold spirituality and feminity of Siena Sharman and the non-dualistic teachings of Sally Kempton. She has studied yin yoga with Cyndi Lee and with yin author and teacher Norman Blair. Her great passion is adapting the practices and teachings of yoga for the profound journey of pregnancy & birth which she has completed four times. \nBooking for this workshop is through Battersea Yoga Studio. \n  \n  \n

SUMMARY:Labour With Love - Partners Online Birth Rehearsal -
DESCRIPTION:  \n\nLabour With Love – Partners Online Birth Rehearsal –\nSaturday\, July 11: 2 PM-6 PM\nCOMING TOGETHER TO PRACTICE AND CONNECT\nThe labour and birth of your child\, whether your first precious baby\, or your fourth\, is always a heart-opening and sacred time. \nWhether birthing at home\, in a home-from-home unit or on a labour ward\, every mother wishes the same; to be\, and to feel\, safe; to be as comfortable as possible and not to feel alone. The importance of choosing and having a loving and informed birth partner to accompany you cannot be under-estimated. \nHaving someone close to you\, who knows how to reach out to you\, support you\, represent you\, hold you and breathe with you is what makes labour easier. It’s also what makes the memory beautiful – even if the labour was hard and long. We remember the incredible journey we went on to bring our baby into the world but we remember it fondly. We felt looked after\, cared for\, loved. \nNadia’s birth partner’s immersion workshop is designed to bring you together with your chosen partner – be it the father of your baby\, your mother\, sister or best friend –  so that you can prepare together. The workshop offering ensures that your chosen partner understands the importance of the role of the partner and how to cultivate that space of love and support at home\, in transit and in hospital –  should you choose a hospital birth. \nThe Experience of Labour\nThe labour and birth experience is an intensely physical and emotionally challenging experience with many twists and turns\, beautiful heart-opening highs and deeply challenging lows\, along the way. \nCalling on the traditions of Yoga\, Hypnosis\, Mindfulness and Bodywork\, Nadia has gathered together the practices and teachings she feels most cultivate connection\, presence and ease in the labour room. \nThe content has also been updated to reflect the changes and restrictions that are in place as a result of Covid 19 and how best to navigate your way through the current restrictions. \nHaving supported over 50 couples over a thirteen-year period and experienced four births herself\, Nadia brings a deep and personal knowledge of the childbirth experience and how best to navigate it so that it unfolds in an environment of calm\, care and love \n“Thank you\, Nadia\, for such an awesome day…. it is the best advice within this kind of thing that I have done for my pregnancy so far…” Katy Appleton\, Founder Apple Yoga \n\n\nWorkshop Content\n\n\nFollowing the pathway of normal physiological birth – that is birth without initial complications – we will look at the following. \n\nPhysiology of Labour – the action and the maternal experience.\nMindful Speaking and Listening\nLabouring at home – How to stay at home as long as possible.\nRelaxation and Pain Relief techniques for early and active labour.\nMovements and positions for effective labour.\nRebozo techniques for Labour\nBreathing and Sounding for the various stages of Labour\nTouch and Massage Pain Relief Techniques.\nHow and when to transfer in to minimize discomfort and maintain progress.\nPositioning for the Second stage.\nNavigating the  Long\, Slow Birth.\nWorking with Intervention.\nProtecting the Hour of Power.\nYour Maternal Rights\nWe will also discuss Interventions and How to Navigate them in order to avoid Birth Trauma\n\nAfter the workshop\, you will both have a much clearer idea about how the event will unfold and what skills and practices will best serve you when. Your birth partner will have a really good idea about how he/she can best support you mentally\, emotionally and practically and you will feel much closer together and bonded by the experience you have shared. \nThis workshop is also open to both pregnant women attending alone but birth partners are strongly encouraged to attend. \nRead the testimonials here. \nWORKSHOP COST: £60 couple £40 single\nBOOK WORKSHOP:\nFor further information or to book your places on the Birth Rehearsal Workshop Programme click here. \n\n \n \n \n \n customer_name \n \n\n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n email \n \n\n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n Choose an amount \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n £120.00 \n \n \n \n \n £60.00 \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n I consent to my submitted data being collected and stored. Finally expect to look at ways in which to work with the breath during this important final phase to maximise your body’s innate power and avoid tearing. \nTime will be devoted too to exploring some of the challenges that can arise here including instrumental delivery and c-section and how best to navigate them should they arise. \nThis is an empowering and informative workshop – an ideal preparation for anyone anxious about this stage of the birth process. \nBooking is via the Timetable page here:

SUMMARY:Magnetic Mums Circle - Co-sleeping versus sleep-training and the hinterland in between
DESCRIPTION:IS THERE A CASE FOR SLEEP TRAINING IN THE WORLD OF ATTACHMENT PARENTING? \nThere has been a lot of commentary across ours and other sites from AP mums tip=toeing around certain sleep-training practices. I say tip-toe\, becuase the word is often regarded as a dirty one in the AP world.\nAs I find myself also training my 3 year old son to stop night-time feeding using rewards I am intrigued to explore the point where these opposite philosophys and approaches converge.\nTherefore with open-minded and non-judgemental participation – the hallmark approach of the Magnetic Mothers Circle – we will explore the hinterland between these two polarities and look at the many and varied ways in which Mothers of 1\, 2 and 3 year olds navigate the co-sleeping / night-feeding situation\, including looking at some of the more gentle sleep training methods and also why and how night-time parenting is drawn to a close. \nWe will be joined by Sandra Pearce of Northcote Baby who alongside baby massage and baby yoga specialises in sleep training. \nThis event is FREE and OPEN to any Mothers who are co-sleeping part of the night with their baby or child. \nIf you are struggling with night-time parenting; If you have explored sleep training\, or if you have stopped night-time feeding and or co-sleeping please come and share your experience with us.\nRSVP Nadia@nadiaraafat.com \n

SUMMARY:Mindful Birthing 8: The Second Stage & Birthing your Baby (Partners Welcome)
DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nThe Second Stage of Labour has a very different feel and purpose to it. This is the time when the baby moves from the open womb into the birth canal and journies to be born.
