Discovering A Wonderful New Practice for Heath and Well-Being

Beginnings are wonderful places to be – especially in the realm of Yoga. Nadia’s 12 week Beginners Course promises a comprehensive introduction to the practice of Yoga. New students will learn various key Sun salutations, the Foundation Postures from which many more intermediate posters emerge  – and their benefits, an introduction to the breath-work of Yoga, (Pranayama) and the heavenly relaxation practices. Through the structure of the physical practices Nadia will weave the wisdom teachings of Yoga coming from the ancient Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and other key yogic texts. Expect to leave feeling wonderful.

The Beginners Level class is suitable for both absolute beginners with no experience and those who are still refining the foundation practices. It is also suitable for postnatal women returning to practice.

The Beginners Class takes place every Wednesday 7-8pm at The Ascension Hall, St Barnabas Church, corner of Lavender Gardens and Clapham Common Northside SW11.

Spring Term Dates: Wednesday 18 April to 11 July. Class can be joined anytime.
